We are beyond thrilled to announce that this year’s Youth Poet Laureate is our very own senior, Rashawn Dorsey. Rashawn is a back to back Slam League Champion and all star. He has performed at numerous Palumbo events and events around the city. We know that he will represent us proudly. This year all three of the finalists for Youth Poet Laureate were Palumbo students. In addition to Rashawn, we send a big congratulation to finalists and Palumbo seniors Lily Dominus and Simone Shackelford.
