WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Tuesday, August 31, 2021 – 1 hour advisory bell schedule
- FIRST DAY FOR STUDENTS!!! -Students may enter the building at 7:30 AM
- 9th & 11th Grades – Enter through the 11th & Webster St. Entrance
- 10th & 12th Grades – Enter through the 11th & Catharine St. Entrance
Wednesday, September 1, 2021 – Wednesday Bell Schedule
- SCHOOL BEGINS AT 9:00 AM EACH WEDNESDAY FOR STUDENTS
Thursday, September 2, 2021 – 1 hour advisory bell schedule
Friday, September 3. 2021 – 1 hour advisory bell schedule
REMINDERS:
All students and staff are required to wear a mask at all times, except when eating and drinking.
Students are asked to remain 3 feet apart while traveling through the halls.
Students will sit in the same seats during each class, and at lunch. A seating chart will be created for each period.
Covid testing consent forms will be distributed on the first day of school. They are to be returned to school the following day.
We are still in the process of taking ID pictures for 9th grade, 10th grade and new students. Eleventh and 12th grade students can use their same IDs. New IDs will be distributed once printed.We are still distributing Chromebooks to all students. All students have been assigned a Chromebook for school and at home use.
Please use the designated entrances when entering the building –
- 9th & 11th Grades – Enter through the 11th & Webster St. Entrance
- 10th & 12th Grades – Enter through the 11th & Catharine St. Entrance
Attire should be school-appropriate. No drug, weapon, or sexual references on clothing. No bedtime attire, such as pajamas, slippers, bonnets, or durags. No midriffs exposed.
SEPTA Fare Cards will be distributed on the first day of school. All students may ride to school for free Tuesday morning. If you do not get a fare card, but think you qualify (live more than 1.5 mile away) please fill out this form.
Each teacher will give students their supply list. Please make sure you have a notebook and something to write with on the first day.

Lockers will not be assigned until the 3rd week of school.
WE THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR PATIENCE AS RETURN TO IN-PERSON LEARNING. WE REALIZE THAT THINGS MAY NOT RUN 100% SMOOTHLY ON THE FIRST FEW DAYS AS WE IMPLEMENT NEW SAFETY PROTOCOLS. WE ASK THAT EVERYONE DOES THEIR PART TO HELP ENSURE A SAFE RE-OPENING, AND TOGETHER WE WILL WORK IT OUT!!! #griffinstrong
