THESE ARE ONLY FOR STUDENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE TECHNOLOGY AT HOME. IF YOU CAN ACCESS GOOGLE CLASSROOM, DO NOT COME. STAY HOME, BE SAFE!

*FOR ALL WHO COMPLETED THE REQUEST SURVEY:
MONDAY APRIL 6, 2020 – GRADE 9 – 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
MONDAY APRIL 6, 2020 – GRADE 10 – 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM
TUESDAY APRIL 7, 2020 – GRADE 11 – 9:00 – 10:00 AM
TUESDAY APRIL 7, 2020 – GRADE 12 – 10:00 – 11:00 AM

● Call upon arrival.

● You will be asked the student’s name.
● Report to the 11th & Catharine St. entrance. Once our staff acknowledges you, please
step away from the door. The doors will be locked. Please do not pull on the doors.
● IF A LINE FORMS, PLEASE REMAIN AT LEAST 6 FEET APART!
● A representative will roll the Chromebook outside along with a sign out form, and shut
the door to avoid human to human contact.
● PLEASE SIGN THE CHROMEBOOK SIGN OUT FORM. KEEP THE PEN.
● Place the form in the box.
● Once you have left with the Chromebook, the representative will retrieve the cart.
