Please complete the District Parent & Guardian Survey by May 25th.  These surveys provide valuable information to school leaders about the quality of Philadelphia schools and impacts our school’s rating. The survey can be found here:  https://webapps1.philasd.org/parentsurvey/.  To take the survey, parents must enter their child’s School District of Philadelphia Student ID Number.  If you do not know the ID number, please check with your child or call the school.

Once you have completed the survey, please sign and return the bottom portion of the letter given to students or provide proof of completion to your student’s advisor by May 25, 2018.  Students who return proof of completion will receive one food item at the school store and parents will be entered into a drawing for one of 4 $25 Walmart gift cards.
